The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons woman following a burglary investigation from June.

Deputies say 23-year-old Chloe Goodman, of Phelps Street, broke into an apartment building in the Town of Lyons and stole an electric bike. She was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny.

Goodman was arraigned at the Town of Lyons Centralized Arraignment Part and is scheduled to answer the charges at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
