Newark Police arrested a Lyons woman on Wednesday on a petit larceny charge.
Patricia Marr was observed by Asset Protection members at Walmart in Newark allegedly stealing two pairs of jogger pants and passing all points of sale without paying for the items. The items are valued at $19.96
Marr was processed by the Newark Police Department and released to appear in Newark Court
