The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons woman on an active arrest warrant.
Deputies say 35-year-old Destiney Mantooth was taken into custody on a warrant issued for a probation violation.
Mantooth was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing before being taken to the Wayne County Jail.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
