An investigation conducted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office in Palmyra on Tuesday resulted in the arrest of a Lyons woman.
28-year-old Tiffany Swinehart is accused of failing to return a car. She was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Swinehart was released on an appearance ticket for Palmyra Town Court
