The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Town of Lyons woman following an investigation into a domestic violence altercation in the Town of Lyons.
Deputies arrested Shenel D Fields, age 47, of Canal Street in the Town of Lyons for Harassment in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It is alleged that during the altercation, Fields struck her child, who is under the age of seventeen, with a shoe approximately twenty-five times and also held him down by his hair.
Fields was placed under arrest and taken to the Wayne County Jail to await centralized arraignment February 15th, 2023 at 7:00 AM.
