A Lyons woman was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on harassment and endangering the welfare of a child charges following the investigation into a disturbance in the town of Lyons.
Angelica Luyando is accused of pushing a juvenile female in the chest following an argument that was captured on video.
Luyando was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
