A traffic stop in the town of Lyons Friday night resulted in the arrest of a Lyons man.
Terrell Martinez was spotted driving a car that allegedly had an inadequate headlamp. During the traffic stop, Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies determined the 25-year-old was driving while intoxicated.
Martinez was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08% BAC and an inadequate headlamp. He was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
