A Lyons man has been arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court.
After Christian Lormil, Junior, was convicted of criminal mischief he allegedly failed to appear in court for sentencing.
The 31-year-old Lyons man was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
