A Lyons man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a bench warrant issued out of Sodus Town Court.
22-year-old Trent Goodrich is accused of failing to appear in court to answer his charges of grand larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle stemming from an earlier arrest. Goodrich was being held at the Cayuga County Jail for another incident and released on bail. Deputies in Wayne County were notified of his release and responded to the Cayuga County Jail and took him into custody.
Goodrich was brought back to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
