A Lyons man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on harassment and criminal contempt charges.
It is alleged that during a domestic incident, Patrick Frank pushed a woman during an argument, which violated an order of protection issued by the Wayne County Family Court.
Frank was transported to the Wayne County Jail and was released from CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
