The investigation into a physical domestic in Lyons on Saturday resulted in the arrest of a Lyons man.
It is alleged that Jason Morahan engaged in a domestic altercation with an adult family member where he allegedly slapped them across their face. According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, this all occurred while a teenager was present.
Morahan was charged with harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, and aggravated family offense due to a previous conviction of criminal contempt in 2022.
Morahan was released on an appearance ticket following his CAP arraignment.
