The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following an investigation into a Family Court warrant.
Deputies say 24-year-old Michael Mosher was taken into custody for a violation of the Family Court Act.
Mosher is being held at the Wayne County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Family Court on Monday.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
