A Lyons man was arrested on Thursday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Livingston County.
29-year-old Dakota Norris was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.
Norris was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date. He was then turned over to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office to answer his warrant
