A 40-year-old Lyons man was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
The warrant issued for David Jones, Junior’s arrest stems for his apparent failure to appear in court to answer for the charges of petit larceny and misuse of food stamps.
Jones was being held in Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
