A one-car accident at the intersection of Ridge Road and State Route 88 in Sodus resulted in the arrest of a Lyons man.
Marvin Whitfield was arrested by State Police for driving while intoxicated and was also ticketed for multiple traffic infractions.
The 55-year-old will appear in Sodus Town Court on July 12th to answer the charges.
