A Lyons man was arrested Monday afternoon following an investigation into a reported family trouble.
Johnnell Archibald is accused of waking up a woman at a residence in Lyons by pointing a black pistol firearm at her head and neck while yelling at her. The victim told police she was in fear of injury or death during the incident.
The 30-year-old Archibald is charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. He will return to Lyons Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
