A Lyons man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a larceny from a convenience store.
52-year-old Merle Adams, Junior, is accused of taking several items from the store in Lyons and carrying them out in a milk crate without paying for them.
Adams was charged with petit larceny and released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
