The investigation into a larceny at the Dollar General store in Lyons resulted in the arrest of a Lyons man.
It is alleged that Stephen Nicoletta took food items totaling $5 from inside the Dollar General and left without making any attempt to pay for them.
Nicoletta was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
