A Lyons man was arrested Thursday morning following the investigation into a domestic incident.
Robert Debout, Junior, is accused of getting into a physical altercation with his girlfriend by kicking her in the ribs and repeatedly punching her in the face, causing injuries. Debout is also accused of taking the victim’s phone in an attempt to try and prevent her from calling 911.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Debout was Debout was charged with aggravated family offense, assault, and criminal mischief and was scheduled to be arraigned in Lyons Town Court Thursday night.
