An 18-year-old Lockport man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child on his cell phone.
Ethan James, of Lockport, was charged with possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
James was released on an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
