The investigation into a complaint that happened on County Road 16 in the town of Orange on November 21st resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old Lindley man.
Justin Schoener was charged by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office with endangering the welfare of a child.
Schoener was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Orange Town Court at a later date.
