A Junius woman was arrested Friday evening on a bench warrant issued for Declaration of Delinquency.
Seneca Falls Police say 34-year-old Michelle Lewis was taken into custody last Friday night.
She was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
