The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on August 4th, 2023 at 8:00 pm, Seneca County Deputies arrested Frank Burnell, Age 43, and Jessica Defazio, Age 38, both of 1454 Grange Hall Road, Junius NY. Burnell and Defazio were charged with Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, as well as charged with parking on a highway.
Deputies report that the arrest stems from a dispute in the town of Tyre on July 18th, 2023 where Burnell and Defazio blocked in the victim’s vehicle not allowing her to leave. Burnell and Defazio were issued appearance tickets to return to the Town of Tyre Court on September 26th, 2023 at 1:30PM.
