An Ithaca woman was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant issued out of Cayuta Town Court.
32-year-old Colleen Dillon was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court shortly after her arrest.
Dillon was released to appear in Cayuta Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
