An Ithaca teen has been arrested for trying to run another person over Friday evening.
Police say the incident occurred in the area of Abbott Lane and Chestnut Street around 4:30p.
The victim reported having to jump over a rock wall, trying to escape, causing the vehicle to strike the wall. Police found the damaged vehicle and identified its operator as 19-year old Anthony Fleming.
Fleming was arrested and charged with felony Attempted assault. He was taken to the Tompkins County Jail on $30,000 bail.
