An Ithaca man is facing a felony burglary charge after a Wednesday morning incident.
Police say they responded to the report of a burglary in the 500 block of West State Street at around 4:00a.
On scene, they found that a front window was damaged and that the person allegedly entered through the broken window, collected various items, and then fled before police arrival.
30-year-old Richard Howells was found a short time later near the business. He was arrested charged, and released to appear in court at a later date.
