With help from the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, an Ithaca man was taken into custody for allegedly committing multiple larcenies in Steuben County.
It is alleged that Jason Dunham stole items valued at over $1,000 from a retail center in the town of Erwin.
The 43-year-old had been previously banned from the location. Dunham was charged with burglary and grand larceny, both felonies and was sent to Steuben County Jail after his arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
