An Ithaca man has been arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court for failure to appear.
27-year-old Zachary Seymour had previously been arrested and convicted of burglary, petit larceny, and conspiracy and failed to appear after sentencing.
Seymour was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment in the centralized arraignment court.
