A property damage accident in Schuyler County resulted in the arrest of an Ithaca man.
Following an investigation into the accident on Turnpike Road in Hector, 44-year-old Christopher Herson was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a BAC Above .08, and criminal possession of cannabis.
Herson was released on appearance tickets for Hector Town Court.
