Ithaca Man Admits to Felony in Schuyler County Court

An Ithaca man faces jail time after admitting to a felony charge in Schuyler County Court.

Dominic Vietti pleaded guilty to a felony attempted unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine as well as a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Vietti will be sentenced on January 4th.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
