An Ithaca man faces felony charges after being involved in a physical dispute in the 600 block of West State Street in the Tompkins County city.
An investigation determined that during the dispute, 40-year-old Christopher Reyers allegedly slashed another man with a knife. The victim suffered defensive lacerations and wounds to his arms and hands. The victim was treated at the scene by EMTs.
Reyers was sent to Tompkins County Jail without bail on felony charges of attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon
