A Steuben County man is facing charges in Ontario County following an investigation into a letter.
28-year-old Sean Biery, of Cohocton, is accused of sending a letter to a protected party listed on a court Order of Protection from the Ontario County Jail.
Biery was held at the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment and will appear in Phelps Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
