State Police have arrested a Rochester man following the investigation into an incident that happened at Fingerlakes Gaming and Racetrack in Farmington earlier this year.
On February 1st, Donald Meehan is accused of striking the “play” button on one of the gaming machines, resulting in damage. Meehan was charged with criminal mischief.
Following his arraignment, Meehan was issued an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
