A Hopewell man is facing a charge of criminal contempt following his arrest by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on Monday.
Through its investigation, deputies determined Michael Bement allegedly violated an order of protection.
Bement was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
