A one-car accident on State Route 21 in the town of Hopewell Sunday night resulted in the arrest of a 24-year-old Webster man.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Phillip Dibenedetto displayed obvious signs of intoxication and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Dibenedetto will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
