On Monday, Jennifer Oshea, 48, of Honeoye Falls, was taken into custody following a shoplifting complaint at the Target store in the Town of Victor.
Deputies allege that Oshea passed all points of sale without rendering payment for merchandise totaling $83.28 in value.
Oshea was processed and released on an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Victor Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
