The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Himrod man.
Raymond Petty was arrested Saturday night on charges of criminal possession of a firearm and two counts of criminal mischief stemming from a domestic dispute that happened at an address on State Route 14.
After Perry was taken into custody, he was brought to the Yates County Jail to be arraigned in the next session at CAP
