The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Hector woman.
27-year-old Shannon Raymond was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on North L’Hommedieu Street in the village of Montour Falls.
Raymond was released on appearance tickets for Village of Montour Falls Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
