A Hammondsport woman was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan.
Francesca Daniele was spotted driving on Lake Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license.
Daniele was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
