Penn Yan Police arrested a Steuben County man after allegedly being spotted driving on a suspended license in the Yates County village.
According to the police, 73-year-old Douglas Thayer’s license was suspended for failure to pay his New York State taxes.
A traffic stop was initiated and Thayer was ticketed to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
