Geneva Woman Ticketed for Driving on a Suspended Registration in Penn Yan

A Geneva woman was ticketed by Penn Yan Police Tuesday after a traffic stop in the Yates County village.

Abigail Quilon was observed driving on Clinton Street by police while allegedly having a suspended New York State registration. A traffic stop was initiated and Quilon was cited for the offense.

Quilon will appear at a later date in Penn Yan Village Court.
