Geneva Woman Arrested on Endangering the Welfare of a Child Charges

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Geneva woman on endangering the welfare of a child charges.

36-year-old Kacy Bucklin is accused of striking another person at a home on Reed Road in the town of Geneva on Wednesday. According to the Sheriff’s Office, a criminal summons has been requested for harassment due to the altercation.

Bucklin was brought to the Ontario County Jail where she was awaiting arraignment for CAP Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
