Geneva Resident Arrested on Petit Larceny Warrants

A 19-year-old Geneva resident was arrested Friday morning by the Seneca Falls Police Department.

Jahmya Spann was picked up on two warrants for failure to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on two counts of petit larceny.

Spann was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
