A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Geneva man.
Police say they observed 31-year-old Jose Figueroa fail to keep right while driving on Liberty Street. During their investigation, police discovered Figueroa’s license was suspended for failure to answer a summons out of the town of Seneca.
Figueroa was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to keep right.
