Ontario County Deputies arrested a Geneva man early Thursday morning on an outstanding warrant.

Deputies say 43-year-old Eduardo Morales was taken into custody around 3:45 a.m. after Geneva Police, during a separate incident, discovered the warrant.

Morales was turned over to Ontario County Deputies and taken to the county jail without incident. He’s being held for pre-arraignment to answer to earlier charges.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
