The Geneva Police Department reports the arrest of a 39-year-old man.
After responding to a complaint that the defendant was stealing merchandise from a Geneva business, Collin Hennessey is accused of spitting on a person in what police say was an act to intentionally harass, alarm, or annoy that person.
Hennessey was charged with harassment and ordered to appear in Geneva City Court at a later date.
