A Geneva man was arrested by the Canandaigua Police Department following the investigation into a reported disturbance on West Avenue.
It is alleged that 37-year-old Edward Galvin the Third had punched another person while at the West Avenue Plaza after they attempted to retrieve their property from his pockets.
Galvin was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await his arraignment
