Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies say 26-year-old Matthew Mccarthy of Geneva was a arrested after a hit and run accident.
Deputies responded to Lake to Lake Road and Kearny Road in the Town of Gorham for a report of the accident.
Police say Mccarthy left the road and struck a vehicle that was parked in a driveway on Lake to Lake Road.
Mccarthy was charged with felony DWI, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.
He will appear in Town of Gorham Court at a later date.
