A theft investigation by the Seneca Falls Police Department resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old Geneva man.
Gary Guild is accused of leaving a Seneca Falls business without paying for any merchandise he had in his possession.
Guild was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
