A Geneva man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police following the investigation into a theft complaint at Walmart.
Rondell Singletary was allegedly spotted by Walmart employees taking merchandise, and placing it in his pocket before proceeding past all points of sale with no attempt to render payment.
Singletary was charged with petit larceny and released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
